DHervey@OwensHervey.com Mr. Hervey graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1993 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Following his undergraduate degree, Mr. Hervey enrolled at Southern Methodist University School of Law and graduated with honors in May of 1997. Following law school, Mr. Hervey began his practice at Cowles & Thompson P.C., a Dallas litigation boutique, where he gained substantial litigation and trial experience with cases involving products liability, labor employment, premises liability, wrongful death, medical malpractice, deceptive trade practices, transportation and breach of warranty. In early 1999, Mr. Hervey joined the international law firm Vinson & Elkins, LLP where he continued honing his litigation and trial skills working on high stakes products liability and business litigation matters. In 2002, Mr. Hervey took his practice to the international law firm Hunton & Williams, LLP where he gained valuable experience defending a number of corporations, including a large public utility conglomerate in both complex commercial and catastrophic personal injury matters. |
